1. Service Description

unfollows.me provides Instagram profile analysis tools, including but not limited to:

  • Follower and unfollower detection
  • Engagement and growth analytics
  • Public profile insights
  • Non-login Instagram username–based analysis

unfollows.me is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old,
  • Capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Use of the Platform

When using unfollows.me, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt system operations
  • Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or replicate the platform

You acknowledge that all analytics provided are based on publicly available Instagram data.

4. No Password Required

The Service never requires your Instagram password. All analyses are performed using public Instagram data and user-provided information (Instagram username).

5. Accounts & Subscription

Some features may be free; others may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method
  • You acknowledge that subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate analytics. However, unfollows.me does not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of follower/unfollower data
  • Real-time synchronization with Instagram
  • Unlimited access to Instagram public data (due to possible API or platform restrictions)

You use the analytics at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and algorithms used by unfollows.me are our exclusive property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unfollows.me is not liable for:

  • Platform interruptions
  • Data inconsistencies
  • Third-party platform restrictions
  • Any losses related to Instagram account actions

You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • The user engages in unauthorized technical activities
